Ingredients.

1-foot baguette, cut down the middle

2 pieces Black Forest ham

1 oz. brie cheese, divided into pieces

2 tons sun-dried tomatoes

Long leaf romaine lettuce

1/2 lemon

1/4 tsp extra virgin olive oil

1 T. pecan pieces

1 . Fresh parsley

Directions for use.

Spread ham, brie cheese and sun-dried tomatoes on an open baguette. Toast for a few minutes until cheese is melted.

Remove sandwich from oven and top with lettuce, pecans, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil.
